3. Membership & payments
Available memberships, prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase.
Membership options may include promotional, founding, introductory, monthly or annual plans. The price and billing terms presented at checkout form part of your agreement with us.
Current examples may include:
Founding membership: USD $11.99 per month
Early bird membership: USD $17.99 per month
Standard membership: USD $24.99 per month
The amount shown at checkout will apply where it differs from a price shown elsewhere.
Applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges or third-party payment fees may apply. These will be shown or explained before payment where required.
Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each applicable billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the initial payment and each subsequent renewal.
Payments may be processed through Uscreen, Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider made available at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment details accurate and current.
If a payment fails, we or the payment provider may:
Retry the payment
Contact you about the failed payment
Temporarily restrict access
Suspend or terminate the membership if payment remains outstanding
Founding membership
A founding membership price remains available for as long as the founding subscription remains continuously active.
If a founding member cancels, allows the subscription to expire or loses the membership because payment cannot be collected, the founding price is forfeited.
If the former founding member later rejoins, the membership will be charged at the price available at that time.
The founding price applies only to the membership originally purchased. It does not automatically include future premium products, separate services, individual coaching or higher-priced membership tiers.
Price changes
We may change the price of memberships.
Existing members will normally receive at least 30 days’ advance notice before a price increase applies to their recurring membership.
You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
A price expressly described as a lifetime founding price will remain in place while the qualifying founding subscription remains continuously active, unless continuing the arrangement becomes unlawful or impossible because of an exceptional legal or operational change.
Seven-day free access
Pilates by Renata may provide seven days of free access to a selected collection of classes.
Unless stated otherwise:
No payment card is required
The offer does not automatically become a paid membership
Access expires automatically after seven days
Only the selected classes are included
Other studio content may be visible but unavailable
The offer may only be claimed once per person
Access is personal and cannot be shared
We may change, pause or withdraw a free-access promotion.
A separate paid membership must be purchased to continue using the paid Services after the free-access period ends.

4. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time using the cancellation option provided through your account or website.
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
Your membership remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for
You will not be charged for a new billing period after an effective cancellation
Access ends when the paid billing period expires
We do not normally provide a partial refund for unused days
Memberships cannot currently be paused unless a pause option is expressly made available
You should cancel before your next scheduled renewal date. Contact [email protected] if you have difficulty cancelling.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
This means:
Cancelling stops future payments but does not normally refund the current billing period
We do not normally provide prorated refunds
Forgetting to cancel before renewal does not automatically create a right to a refund
Using the seven-day free access does not remove any mandatory consumer rights
We may provide a refund where appropriate in circumstances such as:
A duplicate charge
A confirmed billing error
An unauthorised payment
A significant and prolonged failure of the paid Service
Another circumstance where a refund is required by law
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For services, this period generally starts on the day the contract is concluded.
If you request access to begin during that 14-day period, the amount that may be refundable can depend on:
The type of digital service supplied
Whether performance began immediately at your request
How much of the Service was supplied
What information and acknowledgements were provided at checkout
The mandatory law that applies to you
Nothing in these Terms limits any withdrawal, refund, repair, price-reduction or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
You may exercise an applicable right of withdrawal through the withdrawal or cancellation function provided on our website or by contacting:
[email protected]
Dutch online sellers must provide clear cancellation and withdrawal information, and since 19 June 2026 an obvious online cancellation button is required for exercising the statutory cooling-off right.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
The Services
Membership features
Pricing or payment processes
Applicable laws
Technology
Security requirements
Our business operations
The latest version will be posted on the website with a revised “last updated” date.
Where a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your membership before that change takes effect.
Changes to these Terms do not remove rights that have already arisen or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may also update, replace or remove classes, programmes, features and content where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Services. This does not permit us to fundamentally remove the paid service without providing any remedy required under applicable consumer law.
